Blueberry Fro-Yo French Toast

It’s always summer when you wake up to blueberry fro-yo french toast! At 23 grams of protein, only 4 grams of fat and 100% natural ingredients this breakfast can’t be beat. French Toast Ingredients:
-9 tbsp (138g) liquid egg whites
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 packet Truvia
-2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie delightful whole wheat bread

Topping Ingredients:
-1/4 cup (38g) of Blueberry Sweet Scoops Frozen Yogurt
-1/3 cup (50g) Blueberries

Directions:
-Pour all French toast ingredients into a bowl and mix
-Coat both sides of toast in the mix and fry on top of the stove
-Cook the slices 3 minutes each side while checking regularly
-Top toast with frozen yogurt and blueberries
-Enjoy immediately

Strawberry Froyo with Chocolate Magic Shell

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-6 Greek frozen yogurt cubes (simply freeze  no-fat Greek yogurt in ice cube tray)
-1/4 cup of almond milk vanilla unsweetened
-1 packet Truvia
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the magic shell:
-1/2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
-1 tbsp cocoa powder
-1 packet Truvia

Directions:
-Blend all ingredients that aren’t for the magic shell in the food processor until creamy.
-Heat up 1/2 tbsp coconut oil 25 sec in microwave then add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 packet of Truvia, drizzle sauce over froyo and watch as it magically hardens!

Basic Berry Banana “Nice Cream”

This stuff is sooo addicting! Thank goodness it is as healthy as it is delicious. A bonus is that it can be made in no time at all for breakfast, a snack or even dessert. This stuff has the consistency of sorbet but with none of the guilt and no added sugar!

To make:

Ingredients:

-1 frozen banana
-1 cup frozen berries
-1/4 cup almond milk (I use vanilla)
-1 packet Truvia (if desired)

How to:

-Place all ingredients in the food processor
-Blend until smooth
-Spoon into a bowl
-Top with fresh fruits, granola, coconut…etc!
