Blueberry Fro-Yo French Toast

It’s always summer when you wake up to blueberry fro-yo french toast! At 23 grams of protein, only 4 grams of fat and 100% natural ingredients this breakfast can’t be beat. French Toast Ingredients:
-9 tbsp (138g) liquid egg whites
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 packet Truvia
-2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie delightful whole wheat bread

Topping Ingredients:
-1/4 cup (38g) of Blueberry Sweet Scoops Frozen Yogurt
-1/3 cup (50g) Blueberries

Directions:
-Pour all French toast ingredients into a bowl and mix
-Coat both sides of toast in the mix and fry on top of the stove
-Cook the slices 3 minutes each side while checking regularly
-Top toast with frozen yogurt and blueberries
-Enjoy immediately

Ingredients
-9 tbsp (138g) liquid egg whites
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 packet Truvia
-2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie delightful whole wheat bread
-2 tbsp (12g) Fluff
-1 tbsp (15g) Hershey’s dark chocolate chips
-A generous serving of Walden Farms pancake syrup

Directions:
-Pour all French toast ingredients (the first 3) in a bowl and mix
-Coat both sides of toast in the mix and fry on top of the stove cooking slices 3 mins each side while checking regularly
-Top toast with fluff, chocolate chips and syrup
-Enjoy immediately

Caramelized Rum Banana and Pecan French Toast

Ingredients for French Toast:
-1/2 cup egg whites
-1/4 cup milk
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp truvia
-2 slices whole wheat bread

Ingredients for Topping:
-1 VERY ripe banana
-1 tbs chopped pecans
-1 tbs dark spiced rum
-1 tbs Move Over Butter
-1 tbs brown sugar

Directions for Topping:
-Place small pan on burner on low heat
-Put Move Over Butter in pan
-Toss in chopped banana, nuts, brown sugar
-Let caramelize on low heat

Directions for French Toast:
-Pour all French toast ingredients but the toast in a bowl and mix
-Coat both sides of toast in the mix and fry on top of the stove cooking slices 3 mins each side while checking regularly
-Top toast with topping once Caramelized
-Enjoy immediately
