Protein Cookie Ingredients:
-1/2 cup bobs red mill oats
-1 egg white
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-cinnamon
-1 tbsp baking truvia
-1 tbsp chocolate chips
-1/8 cup coconut flour
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-10g lean body for her vanilla protein
-1 tbsp move over butter
-1/2 cup (60g) Arctic Zero Purely Chocolate Frozen Dessert

Directions for Protein Cookie:
-Grease a single serving ramekin
-Fill with above ingredients
-Cook in the oven at 400F for 24 minutes

Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:
-1 tbsp truvia
-1 tbsp cocoa powder
-2 tbsp almond milk

Directions for Healthy Chocolate Ganache:
-Stir above ingredients and add as topping to cookie
-Add 1/2 a serving of arctic zero and sprinkles after letting cookie cool for 10 min

Cheesy Savory Protein Pancakes

Ever wanted to eat a cloud of cheese but didn’t know how? Here’s your chance!!!

Ingredients:
-6 egg whites
-1 cup dry rolled oats(Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats)
-1 cup cottage cheese (1% Store Brand)
-42 g cheddar
-10g parmesan
-1 tsp garlic minced
-1 tsp fresh thyme
-Salt and Pepper to taste

Topping:
-1 tsp bacon bits (or turkey bacon bits)
-4 tbsp. nonfat Greek yogurt plain
-1 tsp garlic
-1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
-Blend all ingredients in blender
-Heat greased skillet
-Cook two pancakes at a time flipping after 2 mins on medium low heat
-Top with greek yogurt, seasoning, olives, sundried tomatoes, melted cheese..etc. (calories below do not reflect toppings)
-Enjoy!

Maple Almond Butter

This my friends is the reason why buying a food processor was the best thing I ever did.
If at any point in your life you have nuts you can have gourmet-fancy-pants nut butter in less than 15 minutes.
Hallelujah, there is a God.Thank you food processor. #blessed

Ingredients:
-1 16oz bag of plain almonds
-2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Roast roasted almonds for 8 minutes
-Place the almonds into the food processor beat to a meal
-Turn off scrape the sides of the processor and place meal in the middle
-Turn processor on again
-Eventually the blades will heat up almonds so much their natural oils will release and make the meal into a butter
-Keep scraping the sides of the bowl and pulsing the processor until the almond butter lumps and clumps into a big ball
-Now you have delicious almond butter
-Store in the fridge for up to two weeks
-Enjoy on top of toast, waffles and in homemade almond butter cups

Oreo Stuffed Protein Packed and Stacked Pancake Tower

Milk and cookies are so overrated. Try my cookies and pancake combo. Very filling and so satisfying.

Pancake Ingredients:
-1/2 scoop cookies and cream PE science protein powder
-40g, 1 serving Trader Joe’s multigrain pancake mix (just mix)
-1 tbsp Greek yogurt plain nonfat
-1 tbsp almond milk unsweetened vanilla
-3 crushed mini Oreos
-1 egg white
-topping: 3 Oreos and 1/4 a Lenny and Larry’s muscle brownie

Vanilla sugar protein glaze:
-10g lean body for her vanilla protein
-4 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk
-1 packet Truvia
-1 tbsp Greek yogurt nonfat plain

Instructions:
-Mix pancake ingredients making sure to crush 3 mini oreos
-Mix glaze in another container and place in fridge
-Heat skillet with cooking coconut oil spray
-Cook pancakes 3 at a time, cooking on medium heat at 3 minutes each side
-Top pancakes with glaze from fridge and brownie and oreos
-Eat up!

Ingredients:
-9 tbsp (138g) Liquid Egg Whites
-1 tsp Garlic
-1 Medium Whole Egg
-90g Pineapple
-1 Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese Wedge
-2 Slices of Thin and Trim Virginia Cooked Ham

Directions:
-Fry up ham and slice into cubes
-Fry up pineapple on heated skillet
-Mix egg with egg whites and cook on heated skillet
-Add cheese wedge and break it up on top of your eggs
-Melt covered

-1 packet Truvia
-2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie delightful whole wheat bread
-2 tbsp (12g) Fluff
-1 tbsp (15g) Hershey’s dark chocolate chips
-A generous serving of Walden Farms pancake syrup

Directions:
-Pour all French toast ingredients (the first 3) in a bowl and mix
-Coat both sides of toast in the mix and fry on top of the stove cooking slices 3 mins each side while checking regularly
-Top toast with fluff, chocolate chips and syrup
-Enjoy immediately
