Homemade Almond Butter Protein Bars

These simple 4 ingredient soft protein bars are hearty and will keep you going throughout the day. They can also make a pretty good on-the-go breakfast. Any nut butter can be used here so the sky is the limit! I tried to make a bar that was similar to the Bia Bar and I think I was pretty successful. Let me know what you think!

-(64g) 4 tbsp. natural almond butter
-2 servings True Nutrition Vanilla whey protein
-(84g) 4 tbsp. honey
-(72g) ¾ cup of oat flour
-1 tsp. Vanilla extract

-Put all ingredients in food processor
-Mix until you get a dough like substance
-Roll the dough
-Press the dough into four evenly sized bars
-Store the bars in the fridge, they will have the same shelf life as the nut butter you used
