Strawberry Protein Cupcakes


These cupcakes are too cute. They can make any day of the week brighter. These cupcakes are moist, decadent and leave you feeling satisfied. I used the high grade hydrolyzed whey protein in True Flavor Strawberry Sorbet. The true flavors from True Nutrition have no artificial flavorings and are sweetened with Stevia. Strawberry Protein Cupcakes Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. Trader Joe’s Pancake mix
  • 8g /1 tbsp funfetti cake mix
  • 2 tbsp. Applesauce unsweetened
  • 8g/ 1 tbsp. Oat Flour
  • 3 tbsp. strawberry True Nutrition whey protein powder
  • Extra sprinkles
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Baking Truvia to taste
  • A few drops of red food coloring
  • 1/8th tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Almond milk as needed
  • 1 T chocolate Dollop frosting each (optional)image2


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Mix all ingredients and make sure at the end you slowly add almond milk
  • Put in sprayed muffin tins
  • Bake 8-10 minutes
  • Makes 5 protein cupcakes
