ProLifestyle Product Review

ProLifestyle sent me some of their protein powders to try. They come in single serving packs that are perfect for the on-the-go bodybuilder. They pride themselves on allowing the user to gage their own flavor intensity. They give you a plastic pack that on one side has the unflavored protein powder and on the other side a flavored syrup. The syrups come in multiple flavors and some are even sugar free. I love the concept but I was not too fond of the flavors. The single serving packs are $3.35 each which is very steep considering most proteins in a tub clock in at around one dollar a serving. I do see how it could be worth it if you consider the convenience factor of having it pre-packaged however.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Sugar Free)
I tried the sugar free cookie dough flavor and even though I could choose the intensity it was a little too sweet for me.

Gingerbread (Sugar Free)
This one was better than the cookie dough but still so different than any other protein I’ve had before.

Salted Caramel
This flavor was not sugar free as it was in the classic series. This one is more a treat and I put mine in a frosty protein shake with greek yogurt ice cubes.

They also gave me a stainless steel water bottle that I love. The only downside is a blender ball does not fit in the mouth. For that reason I use mine for water and not protein.

Overall I would recommend these protein packs to anyone looking for convenient portion control without budgetary concerns.
