Rum Vanilla Coconut Protein Macaroons

These treats are perfect to pair with lunch or have as a dessert. You can keep them in the fridge for maximum freshness!

Rum Vanilla Coconut Protein Macaroons:
-2/3 cup unsweetened coconut
-2 egg whites
-1 spoonful of dark rum
-2 spoonfuls Baking Truvia
-1 scoop Lean Body for Her Vanilla whey protein powder

-Whisk egg whites, rum, Truvia and then add rest of ingredients
-Spray fry pan muffin tin with Pam
-Bake at 350 for 18 minutes
