Cran-Orange Oaty Protein Loaf


Cran-Orange Oaty Protein Loaf:
-1 + 3/4 cup oat flour
-1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
-1/2 cup walnut flour (or whatever nuts you have)
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 scoop lean body for her vanilla whey protein
-1 orange (zest and juice)
-1 cup of cranberries
-1 egg
-1/2 cup egg whites
-3 Tbsp baking truvia
-1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1 Tbsp coconut oil

To make:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
-Combine all ingredients
-Grease a loaf pan
-Bake for 45 minutes
-Pro Tip: I like to top mine with low-fat butter and honey
