This oatmeal bake is simple and delicious. All the taste of fall with no hassle!
-1 serving extra thick rolled oats
-1 tbsp almond milk
-2 egg whites
-1/2 tbsp Truvia baking sweetener
-1/2 an apple
-1/4 cup apple cider
-1 tbsp. Move Over Butter
-Chop up 1/2 of the apple into diced chunks. Add butter to fry pan on low heat. Add cinnamon and 1/4 cup apple cider.
-Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine oats, Truvia. baking powder and cinnamon. Add whisked egg whites and almond milk. Stir into oat mixture until blended. Spoon into a greased single serving ramekin. Bake 30 minutes or until set.
-Add the topping and enjoy!
