Pumpkin Protein Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting

Get all the tastes of fall simply and deliciously with my 60 calorie pumpkin protein muffins.

Pumpkin Muffin Ingredients:
-70g canned pumpkin
-1 tsp pumpkin spice
-2 servings trader joes toasted coconut pancake mix
-2 egg whites
-2 tbsp almond milk
-2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-40g vanilla lean body for her protein powder
-2 spoonfuls of Truvia

Frosting Ingredients:
-72g fat free cream cheese
-liquid stevia
-1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
-Mix muffin ingredients in large bowl
-Grease muffin tin
-Top cooled muffins with frosting mixed together
