Gluten-Free PB Chocolate Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are gluten-free, all natural and super easy. They melt in your mouth and pack a lot of protein without any protein powder. They are magical and taste like chocolate and peanut butter covered bananas.

Ingredients:
-1 Banana (95g)
-1 tbsp. cocoa powder
-1 egg white
-2 tbsp. PBfit chocolate (or another powdered peanut butter)
-1 packet of Truvia

Directions:
-Mash all ingredients with a potato masher (or blender)
-Heat skillet to medium heat
-Grease skillet
-Cook pancakes about 1.5 minutes each side
