Easy Salted Caramel Apple Pie Quest Protein Muffins


Ever wanted to take a healthier version of grandma’s apple pie around with you in your gym bag? Salted Caramel Apple Pie 2-Ingredient Mini Quest Mini Muffins make that dream a reality. These little bites of heaven can be made in under 15 minutes. There is no excuse not to sink your teeth into them! Bonus-> the caramel just melts in your mouth. These can definitely be saved as leftovers, just make sure to microwave them for 8 seconds before eating.

Ingredients in The Salted Caramel Apple Pie Muffins:
-1 Apple Pie Quest Nutrition bar
-1 Trader Joe’s salted caramel

-Preheat oven to 350 F
-Spray mini muffin tin with coconut oil
-Heat up the protein bar in microwave for 15 seconds and roll out dough with round drinking glass or rolling pin
-Press the tin dough into the muffin tin like you’re making a crust (it will expand)
-Cook muffins with out the caramel for 10 minutes
-Heat caramel in microwave for 5 seconds and break into 3
-Add the caramel to each muffin and take them out of the oven
