Key Lime Pie Protein Pancakes

Eat pie, lose the crust and add protein! These Key Lime Pie flavored protein pancakes are the perfect summer treat. They are easy to make and fun to eat. Serve them to guests for a quirky breakfast they will not soon forget.

Key Lime Pie Protein Pancakes Ingredients:
-15g Lean Body for Her vanilla protein powder
-1 egg white
-1 packet Truvia
-1 tsp lime juice
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-40g Trader Joe’s multigrain pancake mix
-2 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk
-1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
-1 sheet graham cracker (Crumbled)
-1 tbsp Bare Naked protein granola
-1/2 serving Arctic Zero Key Lime Pie Flavor

Directions:
-Mix all ingredients but half of the graham cracker and artic zero in a medium sized bowl
-Put a fry pan on medium heat and spray with coconut oil spray
-Cook 3 mini pancakes at a time and flip every 2 min (makes 6 = one serving)
-Top with Arctic Zero after you heat the pint with the lid off for 20 seconds
-Also crumble remaining cracker and add some whipped cream
