Cheesy Savory Oat Breakfast Bake

This light but satisfying breakfast was my experiment this morning. I had a 50/50 shot at getting the savory oats right. I swear the Flavor God seasonings made this breakfast for me as well as my foolproof technique to making sunny side up eggs with runny yolks.(read on to find out my trick!) You really have to experience these unique oats for yourself to know how surprisingly satisfying they are.

Ingredients:
-1 sunny side up egg
-1 full fat cheddar slice
-1 light Swiss cheese wedge
-1/2 cup dry thick rolled oats
-2/3 cup water
-1 egg white
-2 shakes of Flavor God’s Everything Spicy seasoning, here
-1 tbsp fresh scallions
-2 slices lean deli ham ️

Directions:
-Combine oats and water in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute
-Add egg white heat for 30 seconds and mix ️
-Add cheeses, breaking the Swiss cheese on top and then adding the cheddar slice on top of oats cooking them for 15 seconds ️
-Cook the ham slices in a fry pan on medium heat
-Next cook the egg sunny side up by spraying just the whites of the egg with cooking spray
-Add the fried ham slices and the sunny side up egg and feel free to break the yolk
-Also add the seasoning and cut up scallions
