Arctic Zero Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar Crust “Ice Cream” Fit Cake

Ever been tempted to buy a whole ice cream cake but you couldn’t justify that decision?? Now you can make your own healthier and protein filled mini Arctic Zero “ice cream cake” using any flavor protein bar you have on hand! What are you waiting for?! Mine includes a Promax nutty crisp bar crust and topping as well as chocolate protein ganache filling and topping.

Protein chocolate ganache topping Ingredients:
-10g Lean body for her chocolate whey
-1 tbsp cocoa powder
-1 packet Truvia
-1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

“Ice Cream” Cake Ingredients:
-1/2 nutty butter crisp Promax protein bar (You can buy them here)
-60g (1/2 cup)of arctic zero purely chocolate
*Topping: 10g Lenny and Larry’s muscle brownie

Directions to deliciousness:
-Spray muffin tin with coconut oil
-Squish in 1/2 melted Promax nutty crisp protein bar into the bottom of pan
-Melt arctic zero container for 15 seconds
-Place 30 g arctic zero in tin place a layer of ganache then another 30g of arctic zero freeze
-Remove it upside down and flip to serve, top with some of the ganache, some Promax bar and 10g of a Lenny and Larry’s brownie
