Cheesy Savory Protein Pancakes

Ever wanted to eat a cloud of cheese but didn’t know how? Here’s your chance!!!

Ingredients:
-6 egg whites
-1 cup dry rolled oats(Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats)
-1 cup cottage cheese (1% Store Brand)
-42 g cheddar
-10g parmesan
-1 tsp garlic minced
-1 tsp fresh thyme
-Salt and Pepper to taste

Topping:
-1 tsp bacon bits (or turkey bacon bits)
-4 tbsp. nonfat Greek yogurt plain
-1 tsp garlic
-1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
-Blend all ingredients in blender
-Heat greased skillet
-Cook two pancakes at a time flipping after 2 mins on medium low heat
-Top with greek yogurt, seasoning, olives, sundried tomatoes, melted cheese..etc. (calories below do not reflect toppings)
-Enjoy!
