Wow Lauren, Looks like you are becoming an Oat Lover :D, These recipes are really great with the same basic ingredients, now enjoying oats became a lot more easier with all these different styles and that too without adding any extra efforts. I like to have oats with banana added on with peanut butter and Chocolate chips, it’s my way.

    Lauren Do you daily eat oats? As now, I am also thinking to add oats in daily breakfast list, will it really help in cutting the weight?

    • Seema, I do eat oats daily and if I don’t eat oats I eat an omelet with two egg whites, one egg stuffed with veggies, low fat cheese and a side of turkey bacon. That is also a lean breakfast.
