Oreo Stuffed Protein Packed and Stacked Pancake Tower

Milk and cookies are so overrated. Try my cookies and pancake combo. Very filling and so satisfying.

Pancake Ingredients:
-1/2 scoop cookies and cream PE science protein powder
-40g, 1 serving Trader Joe’s multigrain pancake mix (just mix)
-1 tbsp Greek yogurt plain nonfat
-1 tbsp almond milk unsweetened vanilla
-3 crushed mini Oreos
-1 egg white
-topping: 3 Oreos and 1/4 a Lenny and Larry’s muscle brownie

Vanilla sugar protein glaze:
-10g lean body for her vanilla protein
-4 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk
-1 packet Truvia
-1 tbsp Greek yogurt nonfat plain

-Mix pancake ingredients making sure to crush 3 mini oreos
-Mix glaze in another container and place in fridge
-Heat skillet with cooking coconut oil spray
-Cook pancakes 3 at a time, cooking on medium heat at 3 minutes each side
-Top pancakes with glaze from fridge and brownie and oreos
-Eat up!
