Dark Chocolate Oat Flour Brownies

So rich, so dense and so fudgy!!! These Brownies are healthy and bomb. Eat them alone or add them to any flex bowl you can imagine.

Ingredients:
-4 tbsp. natural creamy peanut butter (trader joes)
-4 tbsp. Tru-Nut or powdered peanut butter
-1 cup oat flour
-1/4 cup wheat pastry flour (Bob’s Red Mill)
-1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
-1 tsp baking powder
-2/3 coconut sugar
-1 egg
-3/4 almond milk vanilla unsweetened
-1/4 cup enjoy life chunky chocolate chips

Directions:
-Grease your glass pan (8 by 8)
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
-Mix all brownie ingredients
-Cook for 20 minutes
-Let cool for 5 minutes
-Devour
