Peanutbutter Cup Protein Donuts

These Donuts are sooooo delicious and 102 Calories each with a yumm-o peanut butter frosting! Who doesn’t want to have chocolate for breakfast?! Try my lovely protein donuts today 🙂

Donut Ingredients:
-1 cup oat flour
-1 egg
-1 egg white
-2 scoops Jamie Eason Chocolate Natural Whey Concentrate
-½ cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
-½ cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened
-1 tbsp. coconut oil
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tsp baking powder
-½ tsp baking soda
-1 packet Truvia/Stevia

Frosting Ingredients
-6 tbsp. Tru-Nut/Pb2
-3 tbsp. almond milk
-40g Jamie Eason Chocolate Natural Whey Concentrate
-1 packet Truvia

Directions for Donuts:
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
-Grease donut pan with coconut oil spray
-Melt coconut oil in microwave for 30 seconds
-Mix together donut ingredients
-Pour batter into pan
-Cook for ten minutes
-Repeat above steps to make 6 more donuts

Directions for frosting:
-Mix together frosting ingredients
-Let cool in the fridge while donuts bake
-Once donuts cool flip donuts upside down and coat with frosting
-Top donuts with sprinkes, chocolate chips, mini peanut butter cups..etc.
